All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production — unlocking even the most complex sites.

We're currently seeking an Architect to join our team, focused on drastically reducing the time needed for domain experts to create production-ready building models. Leveraging parametric computations and genetic algorithms, our aim is to develop cost-effective and environmentally friendly architectures, revolutionising the construction landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and coordinating permitting documentation in accordance with German building regulations;
  • Developing detailed execution drawings (LPH 5) with a high level of constructability and technical precision;
  • Preparing tender documentation (LPH 6) and supporting bid evaluation processes (LPH 7);
  • Supervising construction works on site (LPH 8), ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with design intent;
  • Managing and coordinating IFC models in Revit and other BIM tools to support later-phase delivery;
  • Translating parametric and AI-generated concepts into production-ready documentation;
  • Coordinating with structural, MEP, fire safety, and sustainability consultants;
  • Managing projects independently from permitting through construction completion;
  • Producing detailed technical drawings, sections, and specifications that enable accurate cost control and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of practical architectural experience in the German market;
  • Strong expertise in HOAI Leistungsphasen 5–8;
  • Solid understanding of German building codes, permitting procedures, and approval processes;
  • Proven experience in execution planning and construction detailing;
  • Experience with tendering and cost estimation processes, ideally using software such as Orca;
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based workflows;
  • Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design standards (e.g., KfW40, QNG+, DGNB);
  • Ability to independently manage projects and supervise site execution;
  • Official registration as an Architect in Germany is a strong advantage.

Conditions

  • Chance to be a part of a large-scale project;
  • Team driven by impactful cause;
  • Remote format of work;
  • Flexible working schedule;
  • 28 days of annual leave.
