All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication and on-site assembly to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production — unlocking even the most complex sites.

We’re currently seeking an Architect to join our team, focused on developing the All3 Building System for market-rate and affordable housing. This role will turn design, engineering, production, and approval requirements into detailed system components, interfaces, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing architectural components and interfaces for the All3 Building System;
  • Defining use cases for building components, including spans, dimensions, glazing ratios, balcony types, acoustic needs, and other key scenarios;
  • Creating assembly models that represent core building elements and system logic;
  • Developing LPH5-level ABS details for production, construction, and automated modelling workflows;
  • Integrating input from structural engineers, acoustic consultants, building physics specialists, and other experts into clear technical drawings;
  • Modelling construction layers, fasteners, brackets, seals, tapes, site-installed elements, and other details to digital twin level;
  • Preparing technical documentation and drawings for DIBt approval processes, including agB-related submissions;
  • Supporting the development of system components for affordable housing with strong cost and scalability constraints;
  • Balancing layout, structure, MEP, cost, and user needs in system design decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field;
  • Strong experience in detailed architectural design and technical documentation;
  • Understanding of prefabricated construction, component-based design, or building systems;
  • Experience with German planning and construction documentation, ideally including LPH5;
  • Ability to develop precise construction details and interfaces between building components;
  • Familiarity with approval processes in Germany, ideally DIBt or similar technical certification routes;
  • Strong coordination skills across architecture, engineering, production, and construction teams;
  • Ability to work with complex technical information and turn it into clear, buildable solutions;
  • Experience with BIM or digital twin workflows.

Conditions

  • Chance to be a part of a large-scale project;
  • Team driven by impactful cause;
  • Remote format of work;
  • Language courses;
  • Flexible working schedule;
  • 28 days of annual leave;
  • 5 wellness days per year.
