BIM Manager (m/w/d)

We’re currently seeking a BIM Manager to join our team, focused on defining BIM standards, supporting modeling workflows, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver consistent, high-quality BIM models across projects. You will also play a key role in bridging project execution with our internal automation tools, including AI-driven design and 2D-to-3D model generation.

• Defining and aligning BIM requirements with clients, including level of detail, data structure, and naming conventions;
• Managing BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects;
• Supporting architects and engineers with modeling in Revit and resolving technical challenges;
• Coordinating subcontractors and collecting discipline models into a unified BIM model;
• Overseeing model quality, data completeness, and compliance with agreed standards;
• Supporting the transition from 2D documentation to structured 3D BIM models using annotation and automation tools.

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience across BIM roles (modeling, coordination, and management) with background in residential or commercial building projects (non-infrastructure);
• Strong hands-on experience with Revit, including template setup and advanced modeling. Autodesk Revit certification is a plus;
• Proficiency in model coordination using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, ACC Model Coordination, or Solibri Model Checker;
• Solid understanding of IFC standards and experience working with DIN ISO 19650 and DIN EN ISO 7817-1;
• Understanding of full project lifecycle (LP1–LP8) from concept to construction;
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external subcontractors;
• Familiarity with modular or prefabricated construction is a strong advantage;
• Fluent German (for client communication and documentation) and strong English (for team collaboration);
