We’re currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team, focused on leading the successful delivery of residential developments in Germany. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leading all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Coordinating and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors;
  • Identifying and selecting qualified subcontractors and suppliers for German-based developments;
  • Managing project budgets, monitoring cost performance, and identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes;
  • Identifying project risks and collaborating with All3 development teams to implement effective mitigation strategies;
  • Ensuring compliance with German building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations;
  • Overseeing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services;
  • Preparing regular progress reports, including financial updates, project status summaries, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing residential construction projects in Germany from pre-construction through handover;
  • Strong knowledge of German building regulations, permitting processes, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards;
  • Experience managing project budgets, cost control processes, and contract negotiations;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate external contractors and suppliers;
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management within the construction industry;
  • Experience identifying and mitigating project risks in complex construction environments;
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills;
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software tools;
  • Professional fluency in German and English;
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
