Corporate Lawyer

We’re currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead legal compliance in Serbia, advise on employment and labor law matters, manage external counsel, support our operations across procurement, contracts, and IP/IT compliance - all while aligning local activities with international corporate standards.

• Ensuring compliance with Serbian corporate law, labor law, contract law, and applicable international legal standards;
• Advising on employment and labor relations matters, including contract terms, collective bargaining, rulebooks, and terminations;
• Monitoring legal and regulatory changes in Serbia and assessing their impact on company operations;
• Managing relations with external legal counsel and ensuring efficient delivery of legal services;
• Supporting compliance for IP/IT matters — trademarks, software licensing, data privacy — where applicable;
• Reviewing procurement and tender documentation to ensure legal and internal policy compliance;

• 4-5 years of commercial or corporate legal experience, ideally in international firms or multinational companies;
• Deep knowledge of Serbian corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and labor law;
• Familiarity with IP/IT legal tech matters such as trademarks, software licensing, GDPR/compliance issues;
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, international corporate culture environments;
  Strong analytical, risk-assessment, and organizational skills to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
