Financial Analysis & Management Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a Financial Analysis & Management Reporting Specialist to support the FP&A function in delivering structured reporting, financial analysis, and decision-support insights across construction projects, prefabrication facilities, and corporate functions..

• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including P&L, cash flow views, project-level reporting, and variance analysis;
• Perform structured variance analysis (budget vs actual, forecast vs actual), identifying root causes and supporting corrective action discussions;
• Support development and maintenance of financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis under the guidance of the Head of FP&A;
• Analyze project-level unit economics, including margin structure, cost breakdown, and capacity utilization metrics;
• Maintain KPI dashboards across construction, production, R&D, and corporate functions;
• Provide analytical support to the budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including data consolidation, variance diagnostics, and scenario inputs;
• Support business valuation work and investor storytelling with clear, data-driven insights.
• Ensure consistency and quality of data used for management reporting;
• Assist in preparation of materials for board and investor reporting.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, audit, or corporate finance;
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities;
• Experience with variance analysis and management reporting;
• Solid understanding of unit economics, cost structures, and operational performance metrics;
• Experience working with KPIs across multiple business functions;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking;
• Understanding of project-based or operationally intensive environments (construction, manufacturing, industrial projects is a plus);
• Ability to present financial data clearly and concisely;
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
