Head of Construction Projects

We’re currently seeking a Head of Construction Projects to lead the delivery of our projects in Germany. This role is focused on establishing and scaling our construction and project management capabilities, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and integrating innovative construction methods into efficient, reliable delivery processes.

• Leading the concept and implementation of All3’s internal Construction and Project Management organisation in Germany, including team structure, key roles, and staff ramp-up strategy;
• Overseeing planning, design coordination, procurement, logistics, construction execution, and handover across multiple projects;
• Managing project scope, programme, budget, quality, risk, and contractual obligations;
• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams;
• Developing and implementing standardised project management processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability;
• Supporting early-stage feasibility assessments, resource planning, and project acquisition activities;
• Identifying and resolving project risks, bottlenecks, and delivery issues to support timely decision-making and effective stakeholder communication;
• Representing All3 in meetings with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners, acting as the primary escalation point for project execution matters;
• Ensuring compliance with German regulations, permitting requirements, health and safety standards, contractual obligations, and sustainability goals;
• Driving innovation and operational efficiency across project delivery workflows, with a focus on digital tools, BIM coordination, prefabrication, and on-site assembly.

• Extensive experience leading complex construction and real estate development projects in Germany;
• Proven track record delivering residential, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and commercial developments;
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including project development, design management, procurement, construction, and handover;
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing project management teams;
• Deep knowledge of German construction regulations, permitting processes, and contract management practices;
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, risk management, and project reporting;
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups;
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, digital construction tools, prefabrication, and industrialised construction methods;
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline;
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
