We’re currently seeking an IFRS & Group Reporting Manager to join our team, focused on building a strong group reporting framework and ensuring consistent, accurate IFRS reporting across entities. This role will lead consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting processes that support decision-making, audit readiness, and investor confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and maintaining Group IFRS accounting policies and the IFRS accounting manual;
  • Designing and managing the Group Chart of Accounts (IFRS layer) to ensure consistency across entities;
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) at group level;
  • Managing IFRS adjustments and providing technical accounting guidance across the group, including topics such as IFRS 15, IAS 38, and IAS 21;
  • Establishing and governing intercompany reconciliation and elimination frameworks;
  • Managing FX translation methodology and consolidation logic across entities;
  • Producing functional P&L reporting for key business segments including Construction, R&D, and Corporate;
  • Supporting valuation processes, fundraising activities, and investor reporting;
  • Coordinating group-level external audits and ensuring readiness for financial due diligence;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate quarterly group consolidation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and technical accounting, including revenue recognition, intangible assets, and foreign currency translation;
  • Proven experience in group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements;
  • Experience designing and managing group charts of accounts and reporting structures;
  • Deep understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments;
  • Experience bridging Local GAAP to IFRS and preparing management reporting packages;
  • Strong financial controls mindset with experience building scalable group reporting processes;
  • Experience supporting audits, financial due diligence, or investor reporting processes;
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred.
