All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication and on-site assembly to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production - unlocking even the most complex sites.

We're currently seeking an Industrial Cost Analyst to join our team, focused on building a single source of truth for factory data and owning the cost model behind our client quotes, CAPEX plans, and make-or-buy decisions. You will turn scattered inputs from production, procurement, design, and logistics into numbers the business can act on, and make recalculating them fast, traceable, and largely automated.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the factory data layer: collecting, structuring, and versioning production data from cell owners, procurement, design, and logistics into a single source of truth available to every team;
  • Defining data ownership and update workflows: who confirms which number, in what format, and at what cadence, with minimal effort for the data owners;
  • Owning the factory cost model, including its structure, assumptions, scenario forks, and the headline figures behind client quotes, CAPEX, and make-or-buy decisions;
  • Recalculating the model as inputs change - new technologies, outsourcing decisions, design updates - and propagating those changes across every dependent artefact with full source traceability;
  • Maintaining cost and capacity snapshots for each factory release and tracking plan-versus-actual convergence between releases;
  • Preparing decision-ready outputs for management: cost breakdowns, sensitivity ranges, and validity periods;
  • Building the automated recalculation pipeline, moving the model from spreadsheets to a versioned, auditable, AI-assisted workflow.

Requirements

  • Seyears of experience in cost analysis, cost engineering, or industrial controlling in a manufacturing, automotive, or construction environment;
  • Proven track record of building and owning a cost model end to end, including assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis;
  • Strong command of should-cost analysis, BOM and process costing, make-or-buy comparisons, and CAPEX modelling;
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, plus working knowledge of Python or SQL for automating recalculations and maintaining version control;
  • Ability to source data directly from engineers, buyers, and designers, and to turn incomplete inputs into numbers management can decide on;
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and professional working English.

Conditions

  • Chance to be a part of a large-scale project;
  • Team driven by impactful cause;
  • Hybrid format of work with spacious office in New Belgrade;
  • Private health insurance;
  • Language courses;
  • Flexible working schedule;
  • 20 days of annual leave;
  • 5 wellness days per year.
