We're currently seeking an Office Manager to join our London team. You would be responsible for keeping our workspace running smoothly and safely. This role spans two core areas: day-to-day office operations and Health & Safety - ensuring our environment supports the team and meets all compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing office administration, including managing deliveries, supplies, and maintaining a well-functioning workspace;

- Coordinating with the landlord on operational matters such as access fobs, office changes, and building-related requests;

- Welcoming new employees, supporting their onboarding, and enrolling them into the training system;

- Organising team events, including internal gatherings and corporate events;

- Keeping notice boards, H&S policies, and compliance documentation current and accurate;

- Managing relationships with contractors for office repairs, maintenance, and construction work;

- Conducting risk assessments and overseeing Health & Safety compliance across the London office;

- Developing and maintaining H&S policies in line with current regulations and best practice.

Requirements

- Proven experience in office management or facilities administration;

- Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements;

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.


Nice to have:

- IOSH Managing Safely certification;

- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety 

- Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
