Procurement Manager

We're currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team, focused on managing procurement activities, logistics and customs processes. You will support our R&D teams in Serbia and the UK. This role ensures the timely sourcing, delivery, and import/export of equipment, components, and materials required for research, development, and testing activities.

- Managing end-to-end procurement activities for R&D projects across Serbia and the UK;

- Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and placing purchase orders;

- Coordinating domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment;

- Managing customs clearance processes, import/export documentation, and communication with customs brokers and authorities;

- Tracking orders, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving delivery or logistics issues;

- Collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance teams to understand procurement requirements and priorities;

- Maintaining accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation;

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and applicable procurement procedures.

- Experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related role;

- Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance procedures, and import/export regulations;

- Experience managing suppliers and negotiating commercial agreements;

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and procurement-related tools;

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams;

- Fluency in English and Serbian;

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
