Senior Full Stack Developer (Factory OS)

All3 is transforming how buildings are conceived, developed, and delivered. We combine AI-powered design with robotic prefabrication and on-site assembly to build custom architecture at the cost and speed of mass production.

We’re currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Factory OS team in Belgrade. Factory OS is our factory operating system — the software layer coordinating production workflows, operator interfaces, material tracking, and real-time factory operations behind our automated manufacturing platform.

This role is focused on building production-critical software used daily by operators, planners, and engineers on the factory floor. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, contributing directly to the launch of large-scale production operations this summer.

You’ll join a small core engineering team working closely with the CTO, Product lead. Tech Lead, DCS/PLC engineers, and production teams in our Belgrade lab.

• Strong experience building modern web applications;
• Solid frontend architecture skills with React and TypeScript;
• Backend experience with Python and APIs;
• Systems thinking, autonomy, and strong communication;
• Interest in real-world industrial and manufacturing systems.
• Bonus: experience with C / C++ or solid CI/CD craft.
