Senior Legal Counsel - Construction & Contract Law (m/f/d)

We’re currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Construction & Contract Law (m/f/d) to join our team. You will be focused on providing legal guidance across complex construction projects and supporting the structuring, negotiation, and compliance of contracts and operations in an international environment.

• Advising on construction projects across all phases, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating pre-construction and construction-related contracts;
• Supporting legal aspects of construction subsidies and project finance structuring;
• Providing legal support on commercial matters, including supplier, service, and cooperation agreements;
• Guiding management and operational teams on day-to-day legal issues;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of internal processes, policies, and contract standards;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in construction and infrastructure;
• Building and improving claims and dispute management systems.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in both public and private construction law with strong expertise in contract and commercial law;
• Full qualification as a lawyer with both German State Examinations;
• Proven experience managing complex contractual structures and disputes;
• Familiarity with international contract standards such as FIDIC would be a plus;
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
